At the time of booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 DEPOSIT is required to secure your date and time.

PAYMENT POLICY:
All shoots must be paid in full immediately following your shoot via cash or CashApp.
LATE POLICY:
If the client runs more than 20 mins late, a surcharge fee of $5 will be added. There is a 10 minute grace period. Late arrivals result in shorter sessions depending on photographers availability.
CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:
ALL deposit fees & sessions are non-refundable. Client may reschedule no later than 7 days prior to scheduled appointment time as specified in the acuity confirmation email with the approval of the Photographer. Should the Photographer be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this portrait photography contract, but will forfeit their initial deposit.
TURNAROUND TIME:
Clients will receive image proofs within 3 days of their shoot. Image proofs are unedited. 10-14 Day Edit Turnaround, the period BEGINS after the edits are selected.

COVID 19 POLICIES
⁃ Only guests allowed on set of the photo session are those that will be photographed in the photo session.
⁃ You must communicate with the photographer prior to your photo session if you will be having an essential guest present during your session.
⁃ All people visiting the studio must sanitize their hands upon arrival to the studio. Hand sanitizer is provided inside the studio.
⁃ Please do not come to your scheduled photo session if you feel sick. Even if you only have a common cold. Please alert the photographer if you have any environment related allergies that may cause you to cough or sneeze.
⁃ You may reschedule your scheduled photo session prior to the date without any penalty if you have ANY kind of illness.
⁃ The photographer has the right to cancel and end any photo session early if client appears to exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms.
- The Photographer will keep a distance of 6 feet or more from all clients and guests. Clients will be able to review their session images once sent their online photo gallery.
Client and or guest(s) will not be able to view images via the photographer's camera during the photo session to prevent the possible passing of germs and to adhere to the 6 foot social distancing guidelines.
